My Name is Maia, I am a certified Yoga Teacher & Reiki Energy Healer/Practitioner
Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Maia and I am a reiki energy healer/ practitioner, yoga teacher and a sports therapy student with a passion for holistic health and wellbeing.
As a firm believer in the power of natural remedies, I have dedicated my career to helping people achieve optimal health through a combination of alternative therapies and a plant-based diet. I hold diplomas in herbalism and nutrition and have 10 years of experience working in both surgery and medicine in the NHS, which has provided me with invaluable insights into the medical world and a deep understanding of the importance of a holistic approach to healthcare.
My journey began when I started practicing yoga and found that it not only strengthened my body, but also helped me to cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance. From there, I delved deeper into the world of holistic health, studying reiki (am currently studying sports therapy), and adopting a plant-based diet that has helped me to feel more energised, focused, and healthy than ever before.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and my goal is to help people achieve optimal health and wellbeing through natural, sustainable, and effective methods.
